Project of the Year - New Build

Recognizes a member or member/sponsor company involved in a project or deal, completed or projected to be complete within the calendar year listed below. 

  • The project in its overall characteristics and importance to the Northern Virginia market are to have positive community impact to include economic and cultural development, sustainable initiatives, and/or provide needed service for under-served areas. 

  • Nominations for this award are open to CREW Members, Member Firms, and CREW NoVA Partners.

  • Project substantial completion occurred between September 1, 2024, and September 1, 2026.

  • All project sizes will be considered.

Submission requirements: 

  • Project Name

  • Project Address

  • List all CREW Members involved (include email addresses)

  • List all Companies involved

  • Describe the project, including date of substantial completion.

  • Describe the impact this real estate deal has had/will have on the Northern Virginia community
