Professional Development Committee

The Professional Development Committee helps promote member-to-member connections and enhances the value of membership by identifying and organizing events and programs that foster business connections and growth. Topics focus on consultation, coaching, communities of practice, mentoring, reflective supervision, and technical assistance. Please contact the Director for the committee’s meeting schedule.

The Professional Development Committee also is responsible for the Emerging Leaders Group.
Building effective leaders is key to advancing the commercial real estate industry. Through our Emerging Leaders Group, CREW NoVA provides members with high-level professional development training, as well as opportunities to serve on our board and committees to demonstrate and enhance leadership skills.
