Professional Development Committee

The Professional Development Committee aims to cultivate business relationships and facilitate growth opportunities for members through mentorship, communication, continuing education, and leadership. Professional Development events range from leadership workshops with industry experts to project tours of award-winning developments, such as Amazon HQ2 and Capital One Block C.

The Professional Development Committee is also responsible for the Emerging Leaders Committee, which enhances the leadership skills of members with less than ten years of industry experience. Through the Professional Development and Emerging Leaders Committees, CREW NoVA provides members with the high-level professional development training necessary for advancing in the commercial real estate industry.
