Project of the Year

New Category! Recognizes a member or member/sponsor company involved in a project or deal, completed or projected to be complete within the calendar year listed below. The project in its overall characteristics and importance to the Northern Virginia market are to have positive community impact to include economic and cultural development, sustainable initiatives, and/or provide needed service for under-served areas. Nominations for this award are open to Members, Member Firms, and Sponsors of CREW Northern Virginia. Project substantial completion occurred between August 2021 and August 2023. (Extended window due to new category). All project sizes will be considered.
