Foundation Committee

The Foundation Committee functions to promote CREW Network Foundation initiatives and fundraising efforts including the Chapter Challenge, Scholarship Applications, Special Foundation Campaigns, Industry Research, UCREW and CREWCareers events or partnerships.
CREW Network Foundation is dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. The Foundation supports four pillars including scholarships, industry research, and outreach through UCREW and CREW Careers.

The Chapter Challenge giving period runs annually from November 1st to October 31st. The Chapter Challenge helps increase awareness of CREW Network Foundation by challenging each chapter to meet three criteria:

  1. 100% of your chapter’s board to give an individual donation

  2. 50% of your chapter’s membership to give an individual donation

  3. Chapter gives an organizational donation of $1,000 or more

Scholarships support women in the industry through a cash donation, paid internships, CREW Network membership, complimentary registration and expenses for CREW Network Convention, as well as a six-month mentoring opportunity. Applications are accepted January 4th through April 15th each calendar year. Eligibility is open to full-time junior, senior or graduate students enrolled in an accredited college or university with a focus of study in one or more of the CREW Networks Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate.

Industry Research includes Benchmark Studies published every five years and Research papers published annually focused on Gender and Diversity in Commercial Real Estate.

UCREW introduces college students to the many diverse opportunities in commercial real estate. In coordination with the Community Action Committee, The Foundation Committee aims to host meaningful events and create connections to utilize the members as role models to teach students networking fundamentals, offer powerful career resources, and provide relationship-building opportunities in career development.

CREW Careers introduces high school girls to the many career opportunities available to them in the commercial real estate industry. In coordination with the Community Action Committee, The Foundation Committee aims to host meaningful events to connect with local high school students.
