1. Describe your current position.
I’m proud to work for The Joyce Agency, a family-owned plumbing manufacturer rep agency that’s been serving the industry for 43 years. I’m the group manager for our decorative plumbing lines. In addition to managing our decorative lines, I’m also in outside sales, where I call on plumbing wholesalers and work closely with the A+D community. I’m currently focused on expanding our presence in the multifamily market, building strong relationships, and helping clients find the right solutions for their projects. Every day brings something new, and I love being part of an industry that blends design, function, and innovation!

2. Describe your career history.
I’ve been in the plumbing industry for 11 years. I studied residential design in school, driven by a love for beautiful interior spaces and how thoughtful design can transform everyday living. I started my career at a plumbing wholesaler, where I gained valuable technical knowledge and insight into the industry. From there, I transitioned into kitchen and bath design, combining my creative background with practical expertise. Six years ago, I joined The Joyce Agency, where I’ve continued to grow and evolve in my role—blending design, sales, and relationship-building every step of the way.

3. What attracted you to CREW NoVA?
A few amazing women I know in the industry are part of CREW NoVA and encouraged me to join. They spoke highly of the connections and community, and they were right—it’s been a fantastic way to meet and collaborate with other professionals in the field.

4. Name a woman that inspires you and why.
Maya Angelou has always been a source of inspiration for me. Her strength, grace, and ability to turn pain into powerful words and wisdom is something I deeply admire. She championed authenticity, resilience, and kindness—values I strive to carry with me in both my personal and professional life.

5. Tell us about yourself, your family, or a fun fact!
I’m a proud Roanoke, VA native and Virginia Tech alum—Go Hokies! After college, I moved to Northern Virginia where I met my husband, Nick. We’ve been married for almost 7 years and are the lucky (and busy!) parents of triplet boys and our sweet dog, Harper. Fun fact: our triplets were born on our second wedding anniversary! Outside of work and family life, I love staying active with working out and getting creative in the kitchen, especially baking sourdough bread.
